Nexus Cove began the way good products usually do: from watching the same problem play out across very different organisations. The founder spent years inside enterprises wrestling with AI portfolios that looked busy on the surface and quietly leaked value underneath. Hundreds of ideas. Dozens of dashboards. Pilots without baselines. Steering committees with no shared definition of value.
The pattern was always the same. The tools were not the problem. Companies could buy — or build — any tool they wanted. What they were missing was the operating model around the tools: a shared taxonomy of value, a way to score readiness and risk, evidence discipline, governance gates, and a board readout that made decisions obvious instead of negotiable.
We built Nexus Cove as the simplest possible expression of that operating model. Not another AI dashboard. A discipline that turns AI activity into AI value, rendered as a chart you can actually take to the board.
